Eurosatory 2008 is organized under the auspices of the Minister of Defence who inaugurates the Exhibition, invites and welcome the senior Defence officials and foreign official delegations. |

The French Procurement Agency (DGA) which has the mission of the equipment of the forces and the development of future defence systems, meets its customers and partners at the Exhibition and operates its policy of cooperation with other states. It is housed in the Ministry of Defence pavilion during the Exhibition and organises visits by official delegations. |
presently on 21 operation theatres overseas, is equipped with the most modern technologies. The Army Chief of Staff and Higher Commanders uses this unique gathering of professionals to organize meetings with their counterparts from around the world. |

The French Land Defence Manufacturers Association (GICAT) European actor and ELDIG member, brings together French enterprises specialising in the research, development, fabrication, marketing and support of defence equipment. Its President, M. Bruno Rambaud, presides over the Eurosatory Exhibition. |
The General Commission for Exhibitions and Events (COGES) organizes the Eurosatory Exhibition (created in 1967) and represents French industry overseas in national pavilions at the different exhibitions throughout the world. It run the Exhibition Commissariat Général. COGES – Eurosatory 2008 |
