How to Exhibit?

Commercial Brochure

You may register as Exhibitor or Co-Exhibitor:

  • The Exhibitor books and occupies a site on behalf of his own company. However, he may arrange for one or more other companies to join him on his site, provided they meet the exhibition registration criteria.
  • The co-exhibitor does not have his own site. He exhibits his products and/or services on the site of a (direct) exhibitor. His contractual and mandatory registration fee is due by the (direct) exhibitor.

Companies may exhibit:

  • as part of their National Pavilion
  • with an organization such as a Chamber of Commerce, Regional Council, Trade Association, etc
  • as individual

Registration fees include a whole range of services:

‘Eurosatory One-to-One Business Meetings®’, the official evening reception at the Louvre Museum, invitation cards, company entry in the exhibition catalogue and catalogue delivery, insurance, passes, hypertext link to the company website, stand cleaning, etc.

An Exhibitor has a wide choice of options for exhibiting his company’s equipment and services:

‘Collective’ Stand

COGES places at the disposal of the federators, agents or trade associations, Chamber of commerce, the official stand constructor of Eurosatory 2008 to design and carry out their collective stands in traditional, modular or mixed mode.

PROCEDURE

COGES will put you in contact with our official stand constructor

The stand constructor:

- Analyses and understands your requirements
- Creates a dedicated ‘project team’ (sales, designer, project manager) for your pavilion or collective stand
- Sets up a proposal with a layout – 3D colour views and an estimated budget
- Sends you for your approval the project and the general and individual signs
- Delivers your ‘turnkey stand’ and provides an after sales service

‘UAVs & UGVs’ Stand

DESCRIPTION

UVS Forum is an area dedicated to UAVs & UGVs.

It includes:
- Display stands to better reply to your needs
- Mobile presentation of robotic vehicles
- Meeting area
- UAVs – UGVs information centre

All exhibitors have access to the meeting area and the UAVs – UGVs information centre. The UAVs – UGVs information centre will be equipped with a computer, video projector and projection screen.
It can be used by the exhibitors to schedule video projections of their products or give presentations.

UAV – UGV stand: total surface of 15m², including:
- 6m² stand (3 x 2m) with felt carpet, a lockage store room (1m²) and a facial board with your company name
- 9m² exhibit space (3 x 3m) in front of the exhibit stand with felt carpet for equipment to be exhibited
- Equipped with a rail of 3 spotlights, an electrical output

TRAINING & SIMULATION AREA

In 2008, EUROSATORY will dedicate a display area specifically for the Training & Simulation sector. This emphasis is a direct response to a need in the field. Professional armies are being downsized. As soldiers are committed to military operations, modern armies entrust the task of training forces to high level simulators. Moreover, at former EUROSATORY 2006 we counted more than 80 exhibiting companies among the most important of the sector and more than 20 percent of EUROSATORY visitors declaring specific interest in Training & Simulation.

Why exhibit in the 2008 Training and Simulation area ?

The Training and Simulation cluster will play a primary role in connecting today’s military forces with industry. The organizers will facilitate business meetings between attendees and exhibitors by targeting attendees and determining which companies can provide them with the necessary technology or solutions. The Exhibitors will be able to demonstrate their products on the international scene.

This specific area has been created for the EUROSATORY 2008 exhibition to enhance the demonstration of Training & Simulation products and systems. By participating, your company will be recognized as a specialist in this sector.

How to exhibit in Training and Simulation area ?

A company may register:
As direct Exhibitor: The company books and occupies a surface area.
As co-Exhibitor: The company does not rent any space and exhibits its products on the surface of a direct Exhibitor.
The direct Exhibitor pays the registration fees for itself and for its co-Exibitors.
Being in the T&S area includes the same range of services as Eurosatory 2008: ‘Eurosatory One-to-One business meetings®’, company entry in the exhibition catalogue (distributed free of charge to the visitors), invitations cards and e-invitations, official evening reception at the Louvre, insurances, hypertext link towards your website, etc.

3) Conference room

Each ‘T&S’ Exhibitor can book per day a 45 minutes conference time slot (depending on the conference room planning).

A line of hospitality chalets is set up along the boundary of the outdoor exhibition area.
These facilities are to enable exhibitors to extend hospitality. No equipment or products are to be exhibited.

DESCRIPTION

The bare standard single-storey chalet

has a 72m² internal surface area which can be equipped with kitchen and toilet facilities, plus 54m² outside area that can be turned into a garden.

Price per chalet (including bare surface): 26,900 €

The standard two-storey chalet

consists of a 72m² enclosed ground floor plus 54m² terrace; the top floor has 53m² of covered space plus 21m² of terrace.

Facing the garden: clear glass façade and double glass door, wooden access steps, sign with the company’s name.
