Your one-to-one meetings will be arranged based on your availability on the following days::

How to sign up?
- You complete a registration form on-line and make a description of your skills, products and needs. You can also fill in the form 14 inside your exhibitor manual.
- Three weeks prior to the show you have access to an online catalogue with the profiles of all the companies who signed up for the Eurosatory One-to-One Meetings.
- Using our program you make requests of meetings with the contacts of your choice and set your availability.
- Our program will also enable you to select the conferences that you want to attend.
- You approve or deny requests of meetings made by other companies.
- Our team sets up your meetings and your customized planning is available the week prior to the show.

What Eurosatory 2008 Business Convention Conferences deal with ?
Held together with “Eurosatory 2008 One to One Business Meetings”, major companies from the entire spectrum of homeland and air-land Defence, will present their Purchasing and Procurement politics to Exhibitors, to explain clearly how to work with them and what are current and future market trends.

Today, Eurosatory is the premier world exhibition devoted to the Land, Air-Land and Security sectors. This enviable situation is partly due to the quality of the facilities enjoyed by the exhibitors.
To improve the service to Exhibitors even further, in 2008 Eurosatory will inaugurate a new advisory service for businesses, inviting recognised experts in:
- business strategy and international development in general;
- strategy and development in specific geographical areas.
These experts are responsible for providing free advice during the exhibition to companies which have requested it.
They undertake to be present during the whole period of the exhibition, to meet company representatives free of charge.
They undertake to respect professional secrecy concerning all information imparted to them during these meetings.
They are free to pursue commercial relations after the exhibition with the persons met during the meetings.
