Eurosatory 2008 organizers have set a free service of one-to-one meetings aimed at Visitors/ contractors visiting the Exhibition. This service will help them optimize their presence at the Exhibition.
What's the goal of the One-to-One Meetings?
- optimize and save your time at the show with pre-planned meetings;
- spot companies, among the 1,000 Exhibitors, with profiles responding to your needs and applications;
- request meetings with them so that our team can arrange a customized planning based on your availability;
- identify new contacts for partnership and technological cooperation;
- lead possibly a workshop and present your purchasing strategy to suppliers.
Who can take part in the One to One Meetings?
- anyone or company carrying out projects related to land and airland Defense;
- managers and directors for Procurement, technical matters, R&D, production, quality. Also institutional contractors.
When?
Your one-to-one meetings will be arranged based on your availability on the following days:
- Tuesday, June 17 - Wednesday, June 18 - Thursday, June 19
How to signe up?
- You complete a registration form and make a description of your skills, products and needs. You can also fill in the F15 form inside you exhibitor manual.
- Three weeks prior to the show you have access to an online catalogue with the profiles of all the companies who signed up for the Eurosatory One-to-One Meetings.
- Using our program you make requests of meetings with the contacts of your choice and set your availability.
- You approve or deny requests of meetings made by other companies.
- Our team sets up your meetings and your customized planning is available the week prior to the show.
