Exhibitors’ Access

Located in a big top at the entrance to the Outdoor Exhibition Area, it offers the following services:

• Exhibitors’ Access Control
  and the establishment of ‘Works-Maintenance’ and ‘Day Visitor’ temporary entry permits, as required.

  Traffic, car parks, means of access to the Eurosatory 2008 Secure Area.
  Installation tips (security, restrictions, useful contacts).

Exhibition Commissariat Général

Situated at the entrance to Hall 6, mezzanine floor - to the left at the far end, it houses the following services:

Exhibition Technical Office

Situated in Hall 6, ground floor – to the left at the bottom of the arrival escalators, it offers the following services :

• Arrival and Departure inventory, and all technical installation problems affecting Organizer stands;
• PNV Exhibition Centre Service to Exhibitors: this is the point of contact with the various departments of the management company of the Parc d’Expositions, the exclusive service provider for the provision of services such as telephone, electricity, water, gas, compressed air, telephone connections, internet access, slings and hooks. It also offers additional services (audiovisual, office services, sound and lighting systems), as well as conference and meeting rooms.
• Reception services: installers/decorators/furniture, floral decorations, cleaning, hire of electric vehicles etc.
• SPS Coordinator (DOT) and the Fire Safety Officer (RAILLARD) for the Eurosatory 2008 site.

In addition, services to Exhibitors and visitors are to be found close by:

• TNT Express Services (Visitors’ Pack, Exhibitor Support),
• Medical First Aid Post (Doctor, nurse, resuscitation and evacuation equipment),
• AIR France desk, which offers French and overseas visitors and Exhibitors the following services: changes of reservations, purchase of AIR FRANCE tickets, check-in for passengers and baggage for AIR FRANCE flights or those of related companies (under certain conditions),
• TRAVEL FAIR travel agency, collocated with Air France, offers hotel reservations, transfers, air and train tickets, shows, evenings out etc.

The “Contractors Village”

This is located at the back of Hall 6 – Gates P1 to P5. It houses a range of services:  

• Transit: ESI
• Handling equipment, Transport: ESI, FEI, Clamageran-Foirexpo, Agility
• Installation, decoration of stands: Dispose, GL Events
• Reimbursement of VAT: TEVEA International
• Assistance to French and foreign Exhibitors to resolve problems and unexpected hitches connected to their setting-up: EIE Global (ex-Exhibit in Europe)
• Cleaning of stands (complementary services): EXPONET, TFN
• Photo and video reporting on stands, production of CD-ROMs and DVDs for the Exhibition: KERVERT
• Office Services: Eurographics (Editor of eurosatory.com site) carries out all types of office work (photocopying, faxing and secretarial work)
• Boutique Expo Service: provides Exhibitors with everything required for the smooth running of stands: hardware and electrical items, computer accessories, paper, hygiene products etc. …
