GICAT is a major European actor and an ELDIG member, bringing together French
enterprises specialising in research, development, manufacturing, marketing and
support of Defence equipment. As its President, M.Christiant Mons presides over the Eurosatory Exhibition

The French Procurement Agency (DGA)
which has the mission of equiping the Forces and developing future Defence
systems, meets its customers and partners at the Exhibition and widens its policy
of cooperation with other states. DGA is housed in the Ministry of Defence pavillon
during the Exhibition and carries out visits of official delegations.

COGES, the General Commission Exhibitions and Events
COGES, a GICAT company, organizes the Eurosatory Exhibition (created in 1967) and federates
French industry overseas in national pavillons at different exhibitions throughout the world.
It runs the Exhibition Commissariat General.

The French Army

Eurosatory 2012 is organized under the auspices of the Minister of Defence who
inaugurates the Exhibition, invites and welcomes senior Defence officials and
foreign official delegations.
