During five days, at the Paris Nord Villepinte Parc des Expositions, Eurosatory gathers all the players involved in the land and airland Defence and Security domains.

It includes Official Delegations, “Eurosatory Guests”, international professional, all having specific profiles and needs. They have a determining influence over equipment selections and acquisition decisions.
- Official Delegations
At each edition of Eurosatory, important International delegations (headed by Ministers of the Armed Services and of Interior, Secretaries of State, Chiefs of staff, national armaments Directors, national security Directors, etc.) are invited by the Ministry of the Armed Forces or by the organiser to attend the exhibition.
In 2016, 212 Official Delegations (OD) from 94 countries (821 VIPs) met the exhibitors at the event. Eurosatory is the Land and Airland Defence and Security tradeshow that welcomes the largest number of OD in the world.

“Eurosatory Guests” are invited by the chairman on the exhibition. Their play a major role within the military or security forces, or private companies, in the procurement departments of these bodies and in their authorities’ decision-making process (ex: programme executive officers, programme managers, heads of testing centres, national technical experts, chief finance officers, …).
These Guests may also be people holding equivalent positions in large private or public firms in search of security and logistics equipment or technologies derived from military applications. (directors of security or security managers)
In 2016, the exhibition welcomed 179 “Eurosatory Guests”, from 28 countries.
During the five days of the exhibition, Eurosatory welcomes influential personalities involved in the strategy and the answer to land and airland Defence and Security issues (members of parliament, international organisations representatives, senior official, researchers and academics…).
Eurosatory welcomes many professional visitors looking for products and technologies meeting their needs, wishing to discover the market trends and to develop their commercial prospects (ex: military, police, firefighters, technicians, engineers, safety and security directors and managers…).
