Eurosatory General Conferences

Eurosatory exhibition offers a large conference programme, making each edition an international forum for reflection on the future of a safer world.

Our conferences bring together operational staff, manufacturers, media, experts, personalities and major decision-makers who deal with key topics of the moment.

In 2018, 22 conference sessions were offered, anchored on 4 guidelines: technical-operational issues, international strategy and geopolitics, economic issues having an impact on defence, security, innovation and the latest technologies.

In 2020, at this new edition the general conferences are located at the heart of the exhibition, closer to visitors and have three dedicated spaces, one in each hall. The main topics are*:

  • Technology – Defence & Security trends
  • European Defence Affairs
  • Security Development Continuum in Africa
  • Geopolitics & international strategy
  • Health in the Armies
  • Environment & Defence
  • Women of Security & Defence
  • UN procurement procedures – Industrial offsets
  • Airland convergence

* Non-exhaustive list and likely to evolve

Innovation, Safe City and Training will each be addressed at a dedicated space.
