Access to the event is regulated, as it is limited to professionals. It is not open at all to the general public and the minimum age for access to the event is 16 years.

No one can access the event without a personal badge that has an identity photo issued by the organiser COGES and with an identity document.

Your company can exhibit if its activity corresponds to an exhibition classification, regardless of the size of your company (start-up, SME, large group, research institute, association).

Admission to the Eurosatory exhibition is free but is subject to validation by the organiser.
Badge requests should be made online. Request your badge

No, the exhibition is forbidden to minors under 16 years.


  • As a visitor: You must complete an online registration request form which will be subject to validation. Once validated by the organiser, you will receive the information needed to log into your personal account and to obtain, among other things, your badge to download, so that you can print this in colour and present it at the entrance of the fair along with an identity document.   • As an exhibitor: To register as exhibitor: if you have not exhibited at either of the last two editions of the trade fair, in 2016 and/or 2018, you must first make an admission request on our website: admission request. If you have exhibited at the last edition of the exhibition in 2018, you should have received your login and password to register online. Registration stand order. To obtain your badge, you must log into your exhibitor company space and follow the instructions.
  • As a journalist: You must complete an online press accreditation request which will be subject to validation. You will then receive an electronic badge, so that you can print this in colour and present it at the entrance of the fair along with an identity document. Request your press accreditation

Paper invitations allow you to apply for a visitor’s badge. By logging on to the online application form, simply enter the code on the invitation in the field provided. Any request for a badge is submitted for validation by the organiser.

Ask for your visitor’s badge

Once your online application is validated, a few days later you will receive your access codes to connect to your personal account, from which you can download and print your badge in colour.

Electronic badges are not sent by email, so they should be downloaded from your personal account. Access to your badge may take a few days after the online registration request, for security and verification reasons.

Good quality colour printing of your badge is mandatory to enter the fair. Electronic badges on smartphones or other electronic devices will not allow access to the exhibition.

All changes must be made directly by contacting the organiser.

The personal account is a space dedicated to each participant in the fair (exhibitors, visitors, journalists) This allows you to find in one place your electronic badge and a certificate in order to apply for a visa, to register the fair in your agenda, to check the list of conferences and to apply to participate and register for 1 to 1 networking.

You must first apply online for registration. Once this step is validated, you will receive by email your access codes for your personal account.

Go to the authentication page of the personal account and, below the login and password request, click on “forgot my password”.


The exhibition will take place from June 8 to 12 2020 at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre.

Times for visitors: from Monday 8 to Thursday 11 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; on Friday 12 June from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Times for exhibitors: from Monday 8 to Thursday 11 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; on Friday 12 June from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Times for journalists: from Monday 8 to Thursday 11; from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; on Friday 12 June from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The fair is held at the Parc des Expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte

By public transport: Take the RER line B from Paris or Charles de Gaulle airport and get off at the “Parc des Expositions” station.

By free shuttle: This operates from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport terminal 1 & 2D/2F (+ access to the TGV train station). This service rotates from 8.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m.

By car: Take the A1 motorway or the A3 motorway towards Lille, then join the A104 motorway towards Soissons and follow the signs “Visitors / Exhibitors Exhibition Center”.

Discounts with Air France and KLM companies are possible for trips between June 1 to June 19, 2019.

The SNCF offers attractive rates for groups of 9 people or more.

Many hotel rooms are offered at preferential rates for individuals or groups.

The agency can also offer travel/tour packages.

A taxi station will be located in front of Hall 8, near the RER access.

VTCs can drop off and pick up people at the RER station adjacent to the exhibition centre.

Visitors: Yes – you must buy your daily ticket directly at the park entrance terminal.

Exhibitors: Yes – you must order your parking pass directly from Viparis. You can connect to the Viparis services platform directly from your exhibitor space login.

Journalists: No – you must request a car park pass when you apply for press accreditation.

Access to the exhibition: Reserved spaces in the Car Park (PO) should be requested from the organiser.

Access to the stands: The loan of wheelchairs (from the Medical Centre in hall 6), should be reserved: +33 (0) 1 48 63 35 44

There are elevators with mezzanine access hall 6 and escalators.

The materials, products and applications presented at the trade fair satisfy, by their nature or their effects, the international commitments made by France.

Please note that the Eurosatory trade fair scrupulously respects the commitments made by France to date in terms of embargoes decided by the United Nations and the European Union or concerning armaments and technologies that are subject to prohibition or restriction by the international community.

The plan of the trade fair is available few weeks before the exhibition on the website and on the mobile app.

It may be subject to slight modifications until the opening of the trade fair.

On site you can also find it in the visitor guide and near the information points.

Interactive screens in the exhibition area will also help you to identify your location.

A hard copy of the catalogue will be available free of charge on site during the fair.

An electronic version of the catalogue will be available on the trade fair’s website and mobile app from May 2020. You can consult the 2018 catalogue here.

Exhibitor: you must complete the dedicated form available in your exhibitor space login. This service is included in your registration fees.

Visitor: during your registration request you have the option of ticking a box indicating your wish to be contacted by the Proximum company to participate in these meetings. (This is a paid service)

When you register, you have the option of ticking a box indicating your wish to join the individual networking service.

The service is available both on the Eurosatory website and via the official app, which is available 1 month before the show.

By logging into your personal account, you have the option of requesting the use of the service.

You can access the matchmaking platform both on the website and on the mobile app that will be available 1 month before the exhibition.

Yes, the organiser will launch a mobile app one month before the trade fair. This can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play. We highly recommend you download this app, as it will be very useful to you!

It will allow you to access, wherever you are, the catalogue of exhibitors, the conference programme, the official programme, the networking service and the floor plan. A bookmarked information service will allow you to find your previously identified points of interest at the trade fair.


All participants of the fair can attend the conferences. Due to the limited number of seats, we advise you to go to the conference venue a few minutes before it begins.

Some conferences are private or accessible by invitation only, so please check the conference programme (available online from April 2020) to identify these private events.

The programme is also available on the trade fair’s mobile app, 1 month before the event.

The live industrial demonstrations lasting 1 hour take place every day – every morning and every afternoon (except Friday afternoon).

The live institutional demonstrations take place only once during the week.

Regularly consult the trade fair programme that will be available from April 2020.

All participants of the event have a right to participate in live industrial and institutional demonstrations. The area has a capacity of 500 seats.

The live demonstrations area is located outside, between hall 5b and the visitor’s car park.


Yes, the exhibition centre has restaurants and bars in the exhibition halls, in the outdoor area and in the reception gallery. List of restaurants with price indications.

No. However, as it is a professional exhibition, appropriate clothing is required.

The cloakrooms are available for personal effects and luggage at the visitor entrances in halls 6 and 5a, from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.

The service will remain on duty for an additional half hour and items remaining beyond this limit will be returned the next day during the opening hours of the cloakrooms.

There is no cloakroom at the entrance next to the car parks.

As no inventory can be made and the Exhibition Centre and the organiser are not responsible for any objects, money, jewellery or other items, left in the pockets of clothes, as well as inside bags and suitcases.

All responsibility is also declined for any item not removed after the closing time of the changing rooms.

Free but not secured Wi-Fi internet access is provided by the Exhibition Centre and the organiser COGES in all the halls of the exhibition as well as in the outdoor exhibition area, the live demonstrations area and the conference rooms.

Participants of the fair are authorised to take general view pictures. If they wish to take photos of stands or equipment, they must ask for permission from the exhibitor who has the right to refuse.

ATMs are available on the entrance plaza / mezzanine in hall 6 (the visitors’ entrance) and in the access gallery front of halls 5a and 3.

Two bank offices (HSBC and BNP Paribas) are open in front of the RER station.

Any object found is brought back to the General Commission located on the Mezzanine at the entrance to hall 6.

Access to the stands is free for the participants of the trade fair, however the exhibitors are authorised to have private areas and to decide for themselves the conditions of access to their stands.
