This service transforms a standard NATO STANAG4609 video stream into ortho-rectified mosaics of the hovered area. By selecting key frames from the video stream, it ortho-rectifies and merges them to create georeferenced ortho-images compatible with any GIS system. These orthoimages can be used to detect changes between a baseline and the present moment, or to geolocate important features such as forest fires. All the data produced (georeferenced images, areas of interest detected) can be used directly by a C2 or a GIS.
