Press accreditation info
We would like to thank you for your interest in EUROSATORY and we look forward to seeing you at the global defence and security event! It is best if you arrange your press accreditation directly online.
Online accreditation
With online accreditation, you’ll receive your free press badge before the show begins. Please prepare the supporting documents that you will need to prove your status as a journalist.
Once your details have been verified, you will receive your badge by e-mail. You’ll then need to print it out and bring it with you to the show. Your badge will give you free access for the duration of the event, from Sunday June 16 to June 21, 2024.
Important information on your accreditation
You will need to prove that you are a journalist when you apply for accreditation online (download).
The following documents can be used as proof:
- a valid, non-expired official press pass
- a record of the last six months proving your editorial activity
- an article from the past six months with your name in the byline
- for photographers: photo credits.
As an accredited member of the press corps, you can park free of charge in the Press car park.
You can order your car parking pass in your personal online account that will be created during your accreditation application. You will receive your pass by e-mail in the run-up to the show. These tickets will be sent to you by email as the show approaches.
Your visit to the show will start at the Media Centre, the very first stop-off point for journalists from all over the world.
Everything that you need for your work is available there. Our team will be pleased to help and assist you!
EUROSATORY’s Media Centre is located upstairs in Hall 6.
You will have access to a range of services during the show:
- Free Wi-Fi across the entire exhibition grounds
- Press lounge with complimentary coffee, drinks and snacks
- A free cloakroom and lockers
Monday, June 17 to Thursday, June 20, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday, June 21 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Preuve de votre activité en tant que journalista
Vous devrez prouver que vous êtes journaliste lors de votre demande d’accréditation en ligne (en téléchargeant).
Les documents suivants peuvent être utilisés comme preuve :
- Un badge de presse officiel valide et non expiré
- Une empreinte des six derniers mois qui prouve votre contribution éditoriale
- Un article des six derniers mois avec votre nom en signature
- Crédits photos pour les photographes
Parking presse
En tant que membre accrédité de la presse, vous pouvez vous garer gratuitement au parking Presse.
Les tickets d’entrée au parking doivent être commandés depuis votre espace personnel crée en ligne lors de votre demande d’accréditation. Ces tickets vous seront envoyés par email à l’approche du salon.
Centre de presse
Votre visite du salon commence au Centre de presse, le premier endroit où se rendent les journalistes du monde entier.
Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre travail y est disponible. Notre équipe se fera un plaisir de vous accompagner !
Le centre de presse d’EUROSATORY est situé à l’étage dans le hall 6.
De nombreux services s’offrent à vous pendant le salon :

- Salon de presse avec café, boissons, collations
- Vestiaires et casiers gratuits

We invite you to set aside the day of Sunday 16 June, exclusively open to the media, to watch the final rehearsals of outdoor demonstrations in real-life conditions.
This is an opportunity, before the even opens, to meet and chat with the manufacturers and officials in attendance on the outdoor demonstrations.
You will furthermore receive a special invitation to this PRESS DAY.
